What would you ask for, if you knew the answer was yes?
What don’t you ask for, for fear of a no?
Imagine what it would be like if your expectations could be met. When you could ask for what you wanted, no longer hoping that the person, or people, around you would magically work out what is on your mind.
I am offering sessions for individuals, partnerships and groups, exploring finding our voices and using our mouth words to ask for what we want.
A neutral space where emotions, feelings and resistance are welcome.
A playground for finding your voice.
The work that I do with people, is supporting them to access the power of their decisions, to have agency over their words, and to experience the joy, the utter joy, of asking for what they want and receiving it, exactly how they meant it to be.
Many of the regrets we carry are a result of, ‘If only I had said this?’, ‘I wonder what would have happened if I had said that?’. ‘What I really wanted to say was ……’.
Often by finding our voices, we also establish our boundaries.
